Changing the way bpha deliver care and support services wasn’t going to be easy, we know that to survive in today’s lean housing sector we need to maximise the time staff spend with clients and give them the ability to manage their own diaries, while minimising the bureaucratic burden and still getting accurate up-to-the-minute management reports.

Saxon Weald optimise service delivery with Octavia’s Tenancy Sustainment/Intensive Housing Management Module

Securing funding to help people to remain in their homes gave Saxon Weald the opportunity to deliver floating support services to external tenants. The contract had strict guidelines around recording and submitting data at regular intervals to the funder, managing this without a system in place was not an option.  Already a user of OSKA Octavia’s care and support package, SW approached us to ask if we could help to digitise this new project.

YMCA Exterior

North Staffs YMCA improve training delivery with Octavia’s Training and Skills solution OSKA Improving the way North Staffs YMCA administer it’s training and skills courses was essential to reduce the administrative element and to monitor the effectiveness of the classes.  To survive in today’s lean housing sector making the most of the time staff spend with clients and getting accurate data for management reports is essential. The training that North Staffs are delivering is increasing the chances of employment for the young people they support and helping them to sustain employment and to live independently.

Birkenhead YMCA Case Study

BirkenheadYMCA

Birkenhead YMCA save time with Octavia’s digital forms and Instant Board Report Reducing time spent producing the Board Report was a high priority for Jackie Miles at Birkenhead YMCA. Octavia worked with the YMCA to create a digital version which can be generated at the touch of a button. This is now an integral part of the OSKA software and in addition to the time savings it also brings high levels of accuracy as it uses pre entered and verified data.
